The problem I was having is that it recognized my profile by showing my avatar and the Let’s Play button, but when I clicked the button, I got an error message stating that I couldn’t sign into Xbox live for my specified logon session didn’t exist. I found this solution online.
- Close all open Xbox apps.
- Enter the following into File Explorer: %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker
- Delete all the files in the TokenBroker folder.
- Reboot your computer.
